The
increasing support throughout the year has led us to our 2nd
Annual Msgr. Thomas McDonnell Golf Tournament. There are so many
families who count on the Simon of Cyrene Society for support,
respite, spiritual guidance and comfort, friendship, camaraderie and
most especially funding to assist them in all their needs. Fr. Tom
knew how important it was to meet all these needs and that is why
this year he will be sending us sunshine
to brighten our day of golfing.
So,
on Friday, May 31, 2013 at the Franklin Park Golf Course registration
starts at 7:00 AM. We tee off at 8:00 AM sharp.
The
generosity of our friends and sponsors enables The Simon of Cyrene
Society to provide all we can to these amazing kids and families.
Everyone who steps out and contributes to such fundraisers touches
numerous lives of people you may never meet but who will come to know
who you are and love you for your kindness and support. Together, let
us make this 2nd
Annual a forever celebration of the life Simon of Cyrene lived in
assisting Our Lord Jesus Christ in bearing His cross with Him.
